The figurine (above) was made first.  Then, the booklet was created to detail the adventures that the children had with the Unicorn.  They rode the Unicorn from their backyard to New York City's Central Park- then across the Atlantic ocean to visit King Arthur at his castle in Avalon.  The figurine (12" L x 8" W) and the book go together.
This may be the first in a series of this family's adventures in figurines and books.
Any child or children can have a figurine and accompanying book created.  The finished book has spiral binding and is 8.5" w x 11" h.
